Sauce and Salad Dressing Solutions from GPC

Sauce and Salad Dressing Solutions If you need high quality, functional ingredients for the latest trends in sauces and salad dressings, partner with GPC – a valued supplier to this industry for many years. Today’s mixed population, from The Silent Generation to Millennials, is increasingly more health conscious while also seeking flavors that respond to their ever changing lifestyle and dietary needs. Utilizing our products and technical expertise, GPC can help manufacturers respond to each new trend or fad.

GPC’s family of PURE-GEL® cook-up starches is designed for systems where varying degrees of heat, acid and shear stabilities are very important. This helps provide the longer shelf life required for finished spoonable dressing products. For more flowable or pourable dressings that are often manufactured by a cold or no-cook process, INSCOSITY® cold water swelling starch is available. This starch provides all the same stabilities plus rapid dispersion to produce a smooth, creamy texture and mouthfeel.

Need to build solids and suspend particulates? Look to GPC MALTRIN® maltodextrins and corn syrup solids. These hydrolyzed corn starches come in a range of Dextrose Equivalences (DEs) and include Quick Dispersing (QD) versions. Identity Preserved (IP), Non-GM products are also available. MALTRIN® tapioca maltodextrins and tapioca syrup solids (MALTRIN® T-Series) are the newest addition to GPC’s globally marketed MALTRIN® line of ingredients. These products are sourced from 100% tapioca and are manufactured with an all-enzyme, demineralized process that can also help with clean label requirements for many customers.

For over thirty years GPC Technical Representatives have been actively supporting The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS). This trade association represents manufacturers of dressing, sauce and condiment products as well as the suppliers of ingredients, packaging, equipment and services to this vast industry. As a part of this association, our scientists are aware of breaking trends and regulatory issues. We work on technical or quality assurance projects nominated by the membership and network with professional members and executives within the industry. We invite all our customers to invest in the knowledge and gain business growth through interaction with GPC and ADS.
